Vantage Edge Living provides shared housing in a structured, respectful environment. Our residents live independently while following clear community guidelines designed to maintain safety, cleanliness, and mutual respect.
This model works for individuals who are capable of self-care and daily living but benefit from an organized, supportive housing environment with accountability built in.

Program Expectations
Substance-free environment
All residents agree to maintain a completely substance-free living space to ensure safety and stability for everyone.
Respectful shared living
Mutual respect, cleanliness in shared spaces, and consideration for housemates are foundational expectations.
Weekly house meetings
Residents participate in regular house meetings to discuss community matters, resolve concerns, and stay connected.
Curfew policy
A reasonable curfew is in place to maintain structure, security, and a peaceful environment for all residents.
Participation in case management
Residents are expected to engage with their case managers and stay active in their personal development plans.
